The staff was so helpful. They always found a way to assist us! i especially thank mehmet eşiyok and ahmet eşiyok from the restaurant team. They prepare really delicious meals. kıymet hanım cleaned our room perfectly each day, this was appreciated. i plan to come back again next year,

the location has good travel links by bus. the hotel atmosphere felt amazing and clean. the rooms were beautiful , and cleanliness was immaculate everywhere.

the hotel shop charged high prices. i suggest to walk across the road to avoid inflated costs. the bar is inside , so there is little mingling with other people. a pool bar with good music would improve the atmosphere.

the food was varied, and i found it quite nice. there were lots of options, and the quality seemed good (i especially enjoyed the turkish dishes). the hotel provided free bottled water in the room and at all the bars. this was convenient, especially on hot days, and i never had to worry about buying water. the hotel grounds are well-kept, and the gardens are pretty. i saw staff constantly working to keep everything clean.

the alcoholic drinks included in the all-inclusive package were a bit disappointing. the cocktails tasted like they were made with cheap ingredients, and the wine selection was limited. i noticed the gym was nice, but i thought it lacked equipment. there were only a few machines and some free weights, so it could get crowded during peak hours.

The food in the main restaurant was great for all meals. The staff worked hard and provided good service even during the hot weather. Entertainment was good on most evenings. The staff ensured quietness after midnight to not disturb guests.

The cocktail offerings did not impress me. The drinks seemed weak and lacked premium options. The hotel needs to rethink how it handles customer feedback. Management responses felt defensive instead of receptive to my concerns.

Fantastic Hotel Experience

beautiful interior great staff

The staff worked hard to ensure a pleasant experience. I especially enjoyed the yoga on the jetty with Elif. The hotel interior was beautiful and very neat place. I also enjoyed the cooking classes.

The hotel pools were deep for me as a non-swimmer. I wish the pools were shallow for people who cannot swim.

The gym offered many fitness classes like cycling and yoga. There was a tennis court available to play tennis. The beach had loungers and a bar for relaxation.

The hotel has a perfect location right outside the gate. It is a walk of about 40 minutes to the grand bazaar and the marina. Buses are available on one side of the hotel.

The staff was very friendly and unbelievably helpful. Waiters inside the buffet area looked after guests superbly. Front desk personnel assisted with check-out extensions and taxi arrangements.
